SPREYTON PARISH COUNCIL Notes to the Receipts and Payments Account For the year ended 31 March 2007 ASSETS The Parish Council owns the following assets Wooden bus shelter-Wooden seat-Notice board-total insured value £2,217 Wooden fence around bus shelter- insured value £192 BORROWINGS There were no borrowings during the year ended 31st March 2007. LEASES There were no leases entered into, or outstanding during the year ended 31st March 2007. DEBTS OUTSTANDING There were no debts outstanding at the end of the year under review. TENANCIES The Parish Council did not enter into any leases as Landlord or Tenant nor were there any leases in existence during the year under review. S137 PAYMENTS The limit for spending under S137 of the Local Government Act 1972 for this Council in the year to 31st March 2007 was £1593. Spending totalling £599 was authorised during the year. AGENCY WORK The Parish Council did not undertake any agency work in the year under review. ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY There was no income or expenditure under this category.
